My Human
I realized, for me to take care of others, I have to take good care of myself. If I am ill, or not at one hundred percent, I will not be able to take care of anyone, including myself, and more than likely, I will be a burden on others.
Starting tomorrow, I am going to start an exercise regimen to lower my weight (I am overweight), and start to build stamina (I do not have much), by walking long distances (more than one mile) and/or jogging. If boxers jog to build stamina, then doing the same should work for me. š
That is for my body, for my mind, I will meditate. I used to meditate thirty-minutes daily, and I recall stopping because I got ill. I do not know why I did not start again, bad habit of doing less I suppose.
Lastly, every day I will read and study to push me further from where I am. Push me to be uncomfortable, a place where I will grow.
By doing all this, I hope to bring everything that I hope to bring to the people I love!
I do have a log and will keep a log and will revisit in three months (92 days) if my changes actually made impactful changes in my life and the lives of the ones near and dear to my heā¤ļørt.
